12 days of CrossFit
What is the 12 days of CrossFit course?
This course stems from one of our longest standing traditions we've kept since 2010 in the numerous gyms we've worked in or programmed for.
The starting concept is very simple: 12 workouts to be completed over 12 days each day.
These workouts are part of our Box programming, and by purchasing this course you will access the full 12 programmed sessions to make implementation easier in CrossFit class settings.
If members can't make it to a given class there is always the option for them to complete the “At Home” version of the WOD so they can write of the workout as completed.
We highly suggest to make the challenge more entertaining and increase the community feel of it to create a groupchat were members completing the “12 day of Christmas” can send in their daily selfie post workout to celebrate another WOD completed.
Some of the participating gyms in the past have even transformed the collected selfies in a Christmas card for members 😉
