It’s located conveniently in the marina of Port Calanova where you can also participate in a range of open water activities like stand up paddleboarding or kayaking. Go from crushing AMRAPs to exploring the nearby coves within just a few minutes.

Our other venue is C23 CrossFit, Palma’s premier CrossFit box, and regular stomping ground of elite athletes such as Gabriela Migała and Kristóf Horváth.

A traditional, grassroots box situated in an industrial estate 10 minutes driving from the city center. This facility offers ample space, outdoor training area, and any equipment that you could possibly need.

We are based in Palma de Mallorca, one of the Spain’s Balaeric islands, which is easily accessible by air or by sea.

Before booking your trip, you can have a piece of mind knowing that accommodation and airport transfers are completely taken care of by our staff.

We can also take care of food, no matter what specific needs you may have.

You’ll be offered cuisine to fuel your workouts without having to pass up on the best of the island’s local gastronomy.

You don’t need to be a gym-owner or coach to organize a training camp.

All you have to do is grab a group of friends, plan the trip, and pack your workout gear.

Our coaches and programming is made available at your request to facilitate your training camp.

We help you decide on your objectives during your stay and create your programming accordingly, making sure that you and your group get exactly what you want from the experience.

You can choose to focus on a specific modality like gymnastics or weightlifting, or opt for constantly varied training.

The intensity is up to you: train like an elite athlete, prioritize teambuilding, or simply balance exercise and leisure at your own pace.
