The Weekend Workshop
The focus of the Weekend Workshop is to provide athletes and coaches with an overview of how we develop athletes from beginner to advanced.
The workshop is delivered over 2 days, the first day we concentrate on Improving and Strengthening Movement and during the second day we look into how we apply this in a Training Day. Building a strong foundation is key.
The workshop is open to athletes and coaches on all levels and is more informative than practical compared to the camps.
