Our training camps and workshops give you the opportunity to work with us in person.

We cover both the theoretical and practical components of what it takes to become the best athlete YOU can be.

We offer both adult and teen camps for teenage athletes.

Camp

For:Athletes looking to compete.

Duration: 3 days.

Focus: Intermediate/Advanced athletes.  

Teen Camp

For: Teenage athletes aged between 16-20 who are looking to compete.

Duration: 1 Week.

Focus: Beginner - Advanced teenaged athletes.

Weekend Workshop

For: Coaches looking to gain an understanding of how we approach developing athletes from beginner to advanced levels.

Duration: 2 days.

Focus: Coaches/Beginners

The Progrm Camp

The Progrm Camp is a specific camp designed for athletes looking to compete in the sport of fitness. The camps are 3 days long and held in small groups of no more than 12 athletes. The Camp is a practical camp and athletes will be expected to be accustomed to training. Alongside the practical sessions we will be looking at how to best prepare yourself effectively for each type of event also be discussing individual workout strategies and the best approach to the workouts.

During the camp we go into the elements of movement, weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. However the big focus of the camp is looking at how to improve your all round fitness.

The Teen Camp

The Teen Camp is an amazing opportunity for teenage athlete´s aged between 16-20 who are looking to compete. The camps have been running for over 4 years and are designed to improve you as an athlete, helping you to achieve your goals. The Teen Camp was the first of its kind for teenage athletes. The camps create an environment, where you can train amongst athletes your age who have the same goals and objectives. This environment allows you to reach new levels and see what is possible.

For: Teenage athletes aged between 16-20 who are looking to compete.

Duration: 1 Week.

Focus: Beginner - Advanced teenaged athletes.

When: Throughout the year.

Cost: Varies depending on location.

The Weekend Workshop

The focus of the Weekend Workshop is to provide athletes and coaches with an overview of how we develop athletes from beginner to advanced.

The workshop is delivered over 2 days, the first day we concentrate on Improving and Strengthening Movement and during the second day we look into how we apply this in a Training Day. Building a strong foundation is key.

The workshop is open to athletes and coaches on all levels and is more informative than practical compared to the camps.

For: Coaches looking to gain an understanding of how we approach developing athletes from beginner to advanced levels.

Duration: 2 days.

Focus: Coaches/Beginners

When: Throughout the year.

Cost: Varies depending on location.

The balance between sharing knowledge and having us all feeling what it means to train like an athlete was perfect. I am positive the experience will help my athletes reach further and obviously help me grow as  a coach to continue to develop our training for our athletes of all levels.
