The Progrm Daily is the perfect program for athletes wanting to develop and improve in the most efficient time possible.

If you are new to training in this way or you want to make the step up from class programming this is a great place to start. It is perfect to build a solid foundation to progress in the sport of CrossFit.

We offer achievable scaling options for the workouts and gymnastics. Our coaches are also always available on the groups to help you if needed.

    The Progrm Strong

    If you are here to get strong, quick, big and powerful you have come to the right place.

    This is the program to develop strength, size, power, and speed applicable to the sport of CrossFit. We achieve this through, Olympic weightlifting, squats, deadlifts, pressing, accessory work and specifically workouts all with one goal in mind: STRENGTH.

    If these aspects have limited you from your competitive goals then a 2-3 month cycle on The Progrm Strong can work very well for you. This is a no frills program. The principles are based on tried and tested concepts.

    The Progrm Elite

    The Progrm Elite is our tried, tested and proven gold standard programming for developing the highest level CrossFit athletes.

    If you want to compete in the Sport of CrossFit then this program is for you. The program can be demanding at times, and therefore means you need a lifestyle that supports 3-4 hours of training a day. The program develops your baseline strength and conditioning, your technical ability within gymnastics, weightlifting and mono structural activities such as running, biking and swimming.

    This is a hard program and shouldn’t be used unless you are accustomed to training.

    The Progrm Individual


    Work directly with one of our highly trained coaches, who are specifically focused on helping you achieve your goals.  

    When you sign up to The Progrm Individual all of your training concerns and worries become ours. We are here to help guide you through your fitness journey and will be there every step of the way. By signing up you will be working directly with one of our highly trained coaches. All of our coaches have a minimum of 10 years working in the fitness industry and 5 years within CrossFit.

    If your goals are to make it to the CrossFit Games or get your first muscle up, we have a specific coach that can help you achieve this.

    This a perfect option for athletes, who may not have access to a coach where they train, or athletes who would like to work with one of our experienced coaches.

    The Progrm Gym


    Designed to provide boxes and their coaches with effective and enjoyable programming for classes. Each program is individually designed to fit in with the needs of your gym.  

    Designed to provide gyms and their coaches with effective and enjoyable programming for classes.

    We have found that generic programming simply doesn’t work well for boxes due to the very specific requirements each gym has. Therefore each gym program is uniquely designed for you and your gym.

    We take into account; class sizes and level of members, class length, number of coaches and equipment available to make sure you are provided with the best programming there possibly is.

    One of the biggest advantages of choosing The Progrm Gym is to free up time for the box owner in the knowledge that the members programming is being provided in the best way possible. The programming is 100% adaptable so we can add in speciality classes and partner workout days when needed. You will be put in direct contact with one of our coaches who will be responsible for the programming and who will be there to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

    When you sign-up to the Gym Progrm you get FREE access to the Daily, Strong and Elite allowing more ambitious athletes of the box to progress on The Progrm alongside classes.
