The HYROX Box Program is a training plan designed to help your gym incorporate the increasingly popular hybrid style of training into every gym's schedule.
Whether your members are planning to complete their first Hyrox race or simply want to work on their aerobic fitness this program allows to satisfy a variety of needs and keep your customers entertained, healthy, fit and happy.
The Hyrox Box Program takes in account the variety of challenges that incorporating a Hyrox specific class poses. From equipment needs to space requirements we design every workout to accommodate for these possible limitations. We use partner style workouts and include station rotations to ensure you won't need a piece of equipment for every member attending the class.

• 7 training sessions per week
• Detailed descriptions for every class workout: from time allotments, to coaches notes and scaling options.
• Movement specific warm up routines for every session.
• Dual block division: every block is divided in week A and week B to add variety to the training and allow members who aren't attending class every day to have different stimuli.
• HYROX coaching library and race preparation resources to help you offer a high end all around service to your clients.
The focus
RUNNING
Elevate your members running technique and performance with expert tips to enhance their stride efficiency and speed.
Running will be a core part of this training program, with a mix of long-distance runs, interval runs, and hill sprints.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Develop your members strength, endurance and aerobic capacity all within the same plan.
We include hybrid training specific strength work to help your class goers improve their explosiveness and prevent injury while improving their HYROX racing metrics.
DUAL BLOCK VISION
Each training block is divided in alternating weeks to allow for variety in every class.
We implement this system to ensure all class goers can experience different stimuli even if they attend on a limited schedule.
