Steps to introduce HYROX to Your gymโs schedule:
Step 1: Plan and prepare
Start out by getting a feel for how many members may be interested in attending HYROX classes. This will be crucial as it will also help you with the next step which is the equipment requirements assessment.
Once you know how many members you can accommodate in each class and how many potential sign ups youโll have you can estimate how many classes to initially introduce to your schedule. We recommended starting with a more limited amount and using “market demand exceeding โsupplyโ to your advantage in the starting weeks.
