Elite 15 – Individual Championships

This is HYROX’s most prestigious race, featuring the top 15 male and female athletes globally. This event determines the world champions for 2025.

Qualification:

Athletes qualify by ranking in the top 15 times globally during the HYROX 2024–2025 season. Only the best of the best make it. Rankings are based purely on finishing time — no regional or open qualifiers.

Race Date: Thursday, 12 June 2025
Format: Standard HYROX format, head-to-head racing in a single elite wave.

Pro Doubles – Elite 15 Championships

The top 15 male, female, and mixed-gender Pro Doubles teams compete for world titles in their divisions.

Qualification:

Like the Individual Elite 15, teams qualify by achieving one of the top 15 times globally throughout the season. Only Pro Doubles categories are eligible (not Open Doubles).

Race Date: Saturday, 14 June 2025
Format: Pro Doubles teams complete the standard HYROX format, alternating work and sharing the load.

The HYROX Mixed Relay Invitational is a team event at the World Championship featuring 15 countries qualified by the number of athletes they’ve sent — plus 5 Wildcard teams chosen for both performance and community spirit.

Race Date: Friday, 13 June 2025
Format: The HYROX Mixed Relay is a team race with 4 athletes (2 men and 2 women), where each member runs 2 km and completes 2 of the 8 functional workout stations. The order and station assignments are flexible, allowing teams to strategize based on each athlete’s strengths.
