FOR CROSSFIT ATHLETES
THE PROGRM 1
· Designed for competitive athletes who have just 1 session per day to train AND want to achieve their best.
· Scaling options for all
complex movements.
· Specific Warm Ups.
· Direct contact with experienced coaches.
THE PROGRM 2
· 2 sessions per day for athletes who want to compete at the highest level in CrossFit.
WARNING: This program is only for high level athletes who have both the time for multiple sessions per day and at least 2 years of training experience.
