What equipment do I need?
For The Progrm 1. The more the better. However this is the basic list:
- 1 Machine (Assault Bike or Rower), Barbell and Plates, Kettle bells or Dumbbells, Gymnastic Bar, Gymnastic Rings, Plyo Box, Skipping Rope.
Will it be possible to speak with coaches?
