FAQ’S

I don’t have “X” skill yet. Can I do this program?
In summary YES, we offer scaling options for all complex movements. Plus we frequently incorporate drills to help you learn the more advanced skills.

Does the program include warm ups?
YES – This program includes a warm up for every session.

What equipment do I need?
For The Progrm 1. The more the better. However this is the basic list:

1 Machine (Assault Bike or Rower), Barbell and Plates, Kettle bells or Dumbbells, Gymnastic Bar, Gymnastic Rings, Plyo Box, Skipping Rope.

Will it be possible to speak with coaches?
By signing up with us you will gain access to our online community where you can reach out to our coaches about any questions you may have.
