Swimming is a great low-impact, cardiovascular exercise that can improve your aerobic capacity and  boost your overall level of fitness. Knowing how to move well in the water is a valuable skill and as swim-related events continue to become a mainstay in CrossFit competitions, this course is an absolute must if you are a competitive athlete.

This course will be the first of a series of programs developed especially for swimming. If you already have the basic skills but are looking to become a stronger, technically proficient swimmer, this course is for you.
