I’ve been working with my coach for the last 6 months and never thought I’d make so much progress.
The combination of building a strong foundation and improving the basics as well as working on my strengths at the same time is simply great. I also like that The Progrm focuses as lot on accessory and mobility work.
With the individualised program I get daily feedback and it challenges and motivates me to push my limits every day. With my coach, I finally found the perfect support to prepare myself for my future CrossFit career.
