The Progrm Weekly #4

We have arrived to the end of January. So much has already happened in the first 31 days of the year, that’s why in this The Progrm Weekly we want to give you a recap of the most noteworthy events and pieces of content of the month:

  • YouTube: with the rise of the platform’s popularity more and more athletes are starting their own channel giving us an insight of what goes on in their everyday life. In January two more CF athletes have joined in on the fun: James Newbury and Lukas Hogberg. On their channels you’ll be able to find vlogs and more informative videos about how they prepare for competition. Each athlete brings their unique personality and interests to their video content so there’s something for everybody. On James’ channel you’ll find vegan recipes and his own thoughts on what it means to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Follow along with Lukas’ day as he explains how he approaches his training, and rest assured he’ll get a laugh out of you by the end of the video.
  • CF Games/Sanctionals news: after a long wait Crossfit Games has officially announced the athletes who have earned their Games spot through the Open. The leaderboard has seen some changes since the start of the video reviewing process, which has been much more throughout compared to years passed. We are proud of every The Progrm athlete that has taken part in the Open and we’d like to give a special shoutout to the 6 athletes that have officially received their invitation to Madison🤩🔥: @ramdover @JackySchmitt @sonakaraskova @JulieHougardNiehlsen @kristofhorvath @lukefiso
  • The Progrm Team: after the success at Filthy150 the super team is looking to make a comeback at the Norwegian Crossfit Championship. With the hopes of earning their Games ticket they are training together to refine their teamwork skills here in Spain. You can follow along their journey through our YouTube channel👇.
