This evidence-based training course is not only 100% tailored to your capacity, but it also helps you to understand the “why” behind each session.
The plan uses a combination of continuous sessions and long intervals to maximize efficiency and improve your performance. A study found that just after 8 weeks of this conditioning course, significant improvements were found in the endurance of both recreational and elite level athletes.
