The plan uses a combination of continuous sessions and long intervals to maximize efficiency and improve your performance. A study found that just after 8 weeks of this conditioning course, significant improvements were found in the endurance of both recreational and elite level athletes.  

Best of all, you’ll only need a Concept2 machine (Bike, rower, or ski) to complete the sessions.
