What to expect from the Wod Science x The Progrm Strength Course?
This evidence-based training course has been designed centered around non-linear periodization, a method that involves varying the intensity, and volume of the sessions within each week of the training course. Studies show this to be effective for optimizing strength and gaining muscle mass especially compared to other methods.
No gym? No problem! You’ll only need a barbell, weights, and resistance bands to complete the sessions. Optional: an ergometer machine (Concept2 or Assault Fitness)
