Our HYROX 12 weeks prep Course is the ultimate plan if you are 3 months out of your race and want to complete your HYROX in the best shape possible.

Our HYROX 8 weeks prep Course is the ultimate plan if you are 2 months out and want to complete your HYROX in the best shape possible.

Our HYROX 6 weeks prep Course is the ultimate plan if you want to complete a HYROX race but with only a few weeks to prepare.

All three of our HYROX race prep courses provide you with five to six training days each week leading up to your race.
Each session takes 60 to 90 minutes and includes a warm-up and a mix of structured running progressions and HYROX-specific sessions, where running is combined with other stations. Twice a week, accessory work is programmed, as well.
You will also include detailed notes for each training session about the intended stimulus, videos of each movement, along with other strategic tips.
