The CrossFit Semifinals are the third of four stages to determine the "Fittest on Earth." The Semifinals are a series of in-person competitions held in different regions around the world, where athletes compete to earn a spot at the CrossFit Games.
After the Open and Quarterfinals the top athletes in each region are invited to compete in the Semifinals event corresponding to their nationality. Semifinals are typically held over the course of three days, and the athletes compete in a variety of events, including weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, and other functional fitness movements. The top athletes from each Semifinal advance to the CrossFit Games, where they compete for the title of "Fittest on Earth."
The top 60 individual athletes and top 40 teams will be invited to compete at the North America East, North America West, and Europe Semifinals. The top 30 individual athletes and top 20 teams will be invited to compete at each of the Africa, Asia, Oceania, and South America events.
For age groups (masters and teens), 30 men and 30 women from each age group from Quarterfinals will be invited to the online Age-Group Semifinal.

Out of the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games Quarterfinals, the highest-ranking 60 men, 60 women, and 40 teams will be invited to compete in Berlin.
