Acta Non Verba

This motto embodies our commitment to action and tangible results rather than mere rhetoric.

At our core, we believe in the transformative power of perseverance and dedication to one’s journey. We emphasize the significance of taking decisive actions to achieve personal goals, pushing boundaries, and embracing the challenges that come with the pursuit of peak physical performance.

The Wolverine

Known for its tenacity, strength, and indomitable spirit, perfectly mirrors the ethos of The Progrm. Like the Wolverine, we emphasize actions over words, encouraging our athletes to exhibit the same fierce determination and relentless effort in their workouts. The Wolverine's claws symbolize precision and focus, traits essential in achieving goals. Together, “Acta non verba” and the Wolverine represent resilience, hard work, and the triumph of physical prowess – a representation of our commitment to making a lasting impact through tangible results.
