Love Crossfit but feel like a heavy barbell is your biggest enemy in a workout? This is the program for you!
Not only kilos: We work on all aspects of โstrengthโ in CrossFit. Our goal is to help you set new PRs, become more explosive and build size.
Olympic Lifting + Powerlifting: In CrossFit you need to be strong across multiple disciplines and we get you stronger both in Olympic and Powerlifting disciplines.
Easy Access: You can access all your workouts from your member dashboard.
Effective and efficient: 4 training days per week + 1 optional training day. Each session is between 60 and 90 minutes with one day a week dedicated to specific movement work to help you build a bulletproof body and stay injury free.
I am not strong at the moment, can I start this program?
100% YES, this is a progressive program, meaning when you get stronger the sessions get harder.
What equipment do I need?
Minimal. Barbell + Weights, Dumbbell or Kettlebell, Gymnastic pull up bar and a machine.
I want to focus on strength but I donโt want to lose all my conditioning. Can I incorporate cardio sessions into this program?
We recommend to get the most out of the program you do not add any extra sessions. You will notice in some training days we add in additional conditioning to maintain your base.
How long do you recommend following The Progrm Strong to see benefits?
From 6 weeks to 1 year. If you really want to establish a strong base, this program can be followed for 1 year to maximise progress. However after 6 weeks you will notice improvements.
Can I increase my muscle mass while following this program?100% This programming also focuses on hypertrophic training to increase muscle mass as well.
